Problem
Nutrex Hawaii wanted to expand its direct to consumer business by launching a revised e-commerce website. They also needed to integrate their storefront with their business management software Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).

Solution
Tangram Media implemented a new website with a custom e-commerce platform to allow integration with the Navision system. The platform provided a CMS allowing management of customer accounts, products, discounts, reports, and archiving of orders. The integration with Navision allowed automated export of orders so they could be imported into Navision for internal processing of orders, inventory, and customer accounts.
